Parties who wish to be admitted to the president of the court must submit a written request stating the reason for admission to the president of the court, possibly indicating the number of the case or the names of the parties to whom the case refers.

If the party is not satisfied with the answer to its written request, it will be given the opportunity to meet with the president of the court in one of the available times for the reception of parties with the president of the court.

Parties who come outside the seat of the court for justified reasons can be received on another working day if it is judged that their request is justified and requires urgent action.

The president receives parties who have previously announced themselves on Wednesdays from 11 to 13 hrs.
